It’s been a year since the pandemic swept across the globe and changed the world as we know it. It has largely disrupted everything from work, travel and healthcare to how we shop and stay connected with others. Unsurprisingly, the Covid-19 pandemic has also adversely impacted our sleep cycle, contributing to a surge in insomnia or 'coronasomnia'. More than 1 in 4 Americans are getting less sleep amid the coronavirus pandemic, a 2020 Valuepenguin survey reveals. 

What's more, even before the pandemic more than a third of U.S adults weren't getting enough sleep on a regular basis, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

While stress, eating habits, illness and the sleep environment are major factors that impact one's sleep quality, an often overlooked aspect that could be keeping you from getting proper shuteye is your mattress.
